Nitoseal MS400 is a UV resistant, trafficable, high strength, elastomeric joint sealant for trafficable and general construction joints using Duraflex® technology.
Australian made, Fosroc Nitoseal MS silyl modified polymer, polyurethane hybrid sealants bring the best of polyurethanes and silicones together for a safer, better performing product.
Using state-of-the-art Duraflex technology, Nitoseal MS offers the weathering and adhesion performance of a silicone sealant, together with the toughness of a polyurethane sealant.
Nitoseal MS400 contains no isocyanates and is very low VOC. It is available in Black, Concrete Grey and White, and custom colours can be provided.
Custom colours have a minimum order quantity of 360 units, and a leadtime of 14-21 days from colour approval.

Typical Applications
- Sealing moving or static joints in applications where high strength and abrasion resistance is required
- Precast & insitu concrete, curtain walls, lightweight cladding, tilt-up slabs, brick & blockwork.
